Physical Therapist Location: Peoria, AZ Agency: Concentric Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title Physical Therapist – Outpatient Location Arizona Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 8-Hour Shifts | 3-Month Duration Key Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician direction Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state, federal, and intermediary guidelines Ensure all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approvals as required Participate in student programs as assigned, providing appropriate supervision, developing learning objectives, and completing student evaluations Adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and all applicable regulatory agency requirements; maintain professional licensure in good standing Actively engage in professional development through continuing education, self-study, and involvement in professional activities and organizations Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings Proficiency in orthopaedic and geriatric patient populations Strong clinical reasoning skills with the ability to develop and progress individualized treatment plans toward discharge goals Knowledge of and adherence to state and federal documentation and compliance standards Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience supervising or mentoring physical therapy students Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies and quality initiatives in a clinical setting Why Join Us Work in a structured outpatient environment with a focus on patient safety, quality care, and professional growth Opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented clinical setting while expanding expertise in orthopaedics and geriatrics
