Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Commerce City, CO at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. This position involves 60 minute evaluations with 30 minute follow-ups, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, documentation and charge entry, supervision and education of students as assigned, and participation in performance improvement and safety initiatives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience performing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient PT services, including 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups. Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and electronic charge entry in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. Ability to supervise and educate students and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient clinic settings with functional, community-focused treatment programs. Experience with performance improvement processes and safety programs such as safe patient handling and infection control. Assignment Details Duration: 13 Week assignment.
