RN – Compliance Auditor

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Minimum 6 Years of Healthcare Clinical, Administrative, Financial, or Compliance

Experience
• Active Texas RN License or Compact RN License
• Active AHA BLS Certification
• Certification Required: CPC, COC, or CCS

Highly Preferred:
• Medicare/Medicaid Compliance Audit Experience
• Clinical Quality or Utilization Review Experience
• Coding, Revenue Cycle, CDM, or Revenue Integrity Experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Clinical Documentation and Compliance Audits
• Review Medical Records for Accuracy and Regulatory Compliance
• Prepare Audit Reports and Corrective Action Plans
• Support Revenue Integrity, Patient Safety, and Quality Initiatives
• Monitor Compliance Risks and Regulatory Changes
