Location: Southwest Oklahoma City, OK
Pay: Starting at $45,000+ DOE
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor for a busy dermatology clinic in Southwest Oklahoma City. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a strong background in medical front office operations, billing, and team leadership, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front office staff, including Patient Service Specialists (PSS) and billing personnel
- Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and workflow coordination
- Monitor medical billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with patient concerns, escalations, and overall patient experience
- Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high performance standards
- Work closely with providers and leadership to improve office processes and operational flow
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience within a medical office or healthcare setting
- Previous PSS and medical billing experience required
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and medical billing processes
- Strong working knowledge of medical front office operations, insurance verification, collections, and patient workflows
- Experience using EHR and practice management software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic environment
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and discretion
