Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and process child care assistance applications.
• Verify applicant information, including household income and children's eligibility requirements.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and communicate with applicants to obtain required information.
• Assist in determining eligibility based on established guidelines and program requirements.
• Enter and update information in agency databases and tracking systems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure files are complete and organized.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and correspondence.
• Utilize standard office equipment and computer software to complete daily tasks.
