Suarez Physical Therapy is a dynamic physical therapy practice looking to hire an experienced Medical Billing Manager with Physical Therapy experience. The perfect candidate will be professional, ethical, meticulous, self-directed and efficient.

What we need from you:

• You must be polished and professional in appearance and communication skills.
• You must be friendly, patient, helpful, dependable and a team player.
• Your excellent computer skills, attention to scheduling accuracy, organization and math skills are essential.
• Experience supervising / communicating with billing support team
• Minimum 3 years of billing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Physical Therapy office.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge about commercial and government insurances in Nevada
• ICD-9 and ICD-10 trained
• WebPT billing software experience preferred
• Front Desk experience a plus, as this position will be asked to support the front desk as well. Front desk duties include greeting and scheduling patients, referrals, authorizations and insurance verifications.
• Bilingual is preferred (English & Spanish)

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Posting of daily charges
• Billing primary and secondary insurances
• Posting insurance and patient payments
• Working on A/R and Patient statements
• CAQH experience
• Monthly billing meeting-A/R
• Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures and maintains quality results by following set standards.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
