Description

Palliative Medicine locums in Georgia with no call and a predictable weekday inpatient consult schedule. You will provide adult palliative care consultations and supervise palliative care NPs.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient adult palliative care consultation service.
• Average daily volume, 2 to 3 new patients and 2 to 3 follow ups.
• Works with NPs, includes palliative care NP supervision.
• Charting in Cerner.

Schedule

• On site Monday through Friday.
• 8 hour shifts starting at 9am.
• No call.

Cases and Procedures

• Provide inpatient palliative care consultations.
• Supervise palliative care NPs.

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO.
• Board Certified, Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
• Georgia medical license required, will not wait for license.
• DEA required.
