About the position
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is central to the financial oversight of our funds and portfolio properties. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive, hands-on mindset — comfortable monitoring our portfolio assets while also managing the administrative processes that keep operations running smoothly. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams as well as external parties.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously monitor portfolio property performance (income, expenses, financing service, and budget alignment).
- Collaborate with the Investment Team to accurately track and report investment returns and proactively identify value-add opportunities to enhance property performance and drive portfolio value expansion.
- Prepare internal quarterly portfolio property valuations to ensure accurate, up-to-date results and timely delivery.
- Prepare quarterly area-related reports to senior management reflecting portfolio performance and providing transparent and strategic insights into investment profitability.
- Assist to define funding requirements for funds’ entities to ensure the timely availability of resources for investments and operating needs, promoting the efficient allocation of capital so that funds remain strategically deployed at all times.
- Maintain precise capital allocation records for all contributions and distributions across the funds' entities.
- Prepare monthly cash flow reconciliations in collaboration with the Accounting Team to ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with external parties such as fiduciaries and banks, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and supporting the smooth operational functioning of the funds.

Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Preferable experience in financial reporting or asset management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Understanding of real estate valuation methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
- Critical thinking with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to identify problems and propose process improvements.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
