Customer Service Representative
Ascend Mechanical is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our office team.

The Customer Service Representative is often the first point of contact for our customers. This position handles incoming calls, schedules appointments, supports customer needs, collects outstanding balances, and assists with maintenance membership renewals while providing clear and professional communication.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct customer calls in a professional manner.
Schedule service appointments and update customer information.
Communicate appointment details, updates, and changes to customers.
Follow up on open service needs and scheduling requests.
Collect and process customer payments and outstanding balances.
Assist with maintenance membership renewals and customer outreach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity.
Support general office tasks and assist other team members as needed.

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable handling phone calls, payments, and customer follow-up.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Advanced computer and scheduling system skills.
Previous office or customer service experience preferred.
