Salary: Negotiable DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Enter orders
Respond to customer inquiries
Enter quotes for sales reps
General office work (filing, etc.)
Work with outside sales reps and assist them in servicing their customers
Work with vendors for pricing and order status

Requirements:
Product knowledge of packaging and janitorial supplies (Required)
3+years of Customer Service experience preferred
Organized/Multi-Tasker
Computer literate
Reliable
Detail oriented
Able to work well with others
