- Customer Service Representative
Description
The Customer Service Representative for the Village of Schiller Park serves as the primary point of contact for
residents, businesses, and visitors. This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality municipal services by
providing accurate information, processing requests, and ensuring professional and welcoming experiences at
Village Hall.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in public administration or
related field preferred
-Minimum of 1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience; municipal experience preferred
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with the public
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with municipal or utility billing
software a plus
-Cash handling and reconciliation experience preferred
-Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
-Bilingual skills
-Familiar with FOIA Redactions and Procedures
-Familiar with Website Posting and Technology
