- Credentialing Specialist
Description
Location: Hybrid – Albuquerque, NM
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with anticipated growth to full-time. In-office Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM–1:30 PM; remote work outside of those hours.

Responsibilities
- Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing with insurance payers
- Track applications and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate credentialing records and documentation
- Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and internal team members
- Stay organized while managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Assist with additional credentialing-related projects as our company continues to grow
- Qualifications
Experience with medical provider credentialing required
Primary care credentialing experience is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and follow-through
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation
Starting at $22.00 per hour
Approximately 20 hours per week initially, with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time position as the role grows.

Requirements
medical provider credentialing experience required; primary care credentialing experience preferred; reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote-work environment; ability to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM–1:30 PM in Albuquerque; strong computer skills; exceptional organization and attention to detail; ability to independently manage multiple applications/deadlines; and strong written/verbal communication and follow-through.
