Weekends.Job SummaryFront Desk Management• Greet and welcome all visitors and participants with a friendly and positive attitude.• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.• Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors and members.• Provide information about the center's services, programs, and events.Administrative Support• Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining officesupplies.• Schedule appointments and manage the center's calendar.• Assist with the preparation of materials for meetings, workshops, and events.• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.Participant Support• Provide information and resources to individuals seeking recovery support.• Assist with the registration process for new members.• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of members and their information.• Support members in connecting with appropriate services and programs.Center Operations• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.• Monitor and maintain office equipment.• Assist with event planning and coordination.• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations of the center.Other Duties• Stay current local events with the recovery community center.• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesCustomer service, flexible hours needed.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
