The Allied Health Department at Alfred State College is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position. This role combines the best of both worlds?teaching on campus and supporting our dynamic online Healthcare Management program, along with other related courses.

What You'll Do:

• Teach & Inspire: Deliver a standard load of engaging online and on-campus courses each term. Design and maintain high-quality online learning experiences that keep students motivated and connected.
• Mentor & Advise: Guide students through academic and career planning, and be available during regular office hours to support their success.
• Shape the Future: Contribute to curriculum development and program updates to ensure alignment with industry standards and career readiness.
• Engage & Serve: Participate actively in departmental and college committees and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in healthcare management, healthcare administration, business administration with a focus on healthcare, or related

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate in a healthcare-related field
• Experience: Teaching experience in higher education
• Experience: Online teaching experience a plus
• Experience in student advising
• Experience working in a healthcare-related field, particularly a management role.
• Ability to teach courses in other programs in the department a plus (health information management, radiologic technology, diagnostic medical sonography, MRI)

The salary for this position begins at $55,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
